Our 2023 Sand & Gravel Riesling is juicy, well-balanced and refreshing with a lovely acidity and crispness. Straw pale in colour this white wine is full of flavours of ripe peach, lime, golden delicious apples and lemon candy.
The flavours and aromas of this wine consist majorly of green apple, lime and white peach - resulting in a very crisp expression of Riesling with just the right amount of residual sugar remaining to add balance and bring through some orchard fruit tones.
This Riesling is pale yellow in colour with flavours of citrus (lemon, line, subtle pink grapefruit) green apple, and mineral tones. It is unbelievably crisp which helps to balance out the sweetness that is felt at the front of the palate.
