Our 2024 Sand & Gravel Riesling is a vibrant, off-dry expression layered with orchard-fresh charm. Aromas of ambrosia apple, golden pear, and ripe peach rise from the glass, leading into a palate where crisp, bright acidity brings each fruit note into sharp, refreshing focus. Elegant yet playful, this Riesling shines alongside brie and other soft, creamy cheeses, creating a beautifully balanced pairing that highlights both richness and freshness.
This Riesling is pale yellow in colour with flavours of citrus (lemon, line, subtle pink grapefruit) green apple, and mineral tones. It is unbelievably crisp which helps to balance out the sweetness that is felt at the front of the palate.
A medium-bodied white wine that is golden straw in colour. Baked apple with oak spice notes and subtle vanilla with crisp yellow apple, vanilla, dried apricot, lemon.
A chard that has lots to offer and definitely one that can hold its own. Beautifully intergrated french oak with soft acidty holding it together and lots of stone fruits.
