This wine is blended using three different Riesling clones that were all grown in the same block. The vineyard is located in the Creek Shores appellation. The fruit from this site is cropped low and the vines are spur pruned to help control vigour. The three clones are of the late Paul Bosc Sr.’s experimental Riesling clone. The finishing balance on this wine is probably one of the most electric/driest versions of this wine that I have bottled to date. A lovely, controlled amount of CO2 was left in the wine at bottling to add a tactile component to the wine.

		Tasting Notes
The flavours and aromas of this wine consist majorly of green apple, lime and white peach - resulting in a
very crisp expression of Riesling with just the right amount of residual sugar remaining to add balance
and bring through some orchard fruit tones.
