Small Batch Riesling 2021

This wine is full of flavours of green apple, lemon, grapefruit, lime and white peach. An early bottling captured some natural CO2 which enhances the mouth feel and crispness of this wine. There is also a minteral flint component that shows on the finish combined with citrus and orchard fruit.
