A smooth balanced red wine, one can enjoy with while cooking, curled up with a book, entertaining, or even with your favourite meal. A crowd pleaser and great introductory red to Niagara wines.

Tasting Note

This wine has characteristics of blueberry, black cherry, leather and spice. As you sip this wine, you initially experience fruit carried through by an exciting youthfulness of fun grippy tannins and a small touch of acidity teasing your palate for more and making this wine a great everyday food paring wine.

This is a great wine with burgers, BBQ, cheeses, pizza and cured meats.
