Reserve Chardonnay 2019

This oily and savoury white wine has notes of honey, apple, lemon, toffee, baking spice and butter cream. The intention of stopping malo part way through truly captures a fresh and pleasantly tart apple flavour noticeable in the mid palate that that holds together riper fruity tones such as peach and roasted pineapple. Spice notes, such as vanilla, clove, and nutmeg are also apparent. This Reserve wine shows good ageing potential by having a rich clean composition but also a good amount of acidity.
