This beautiful pale straw coloured wine is crisp, fresh, lively, dry. Offering us fresh and juicy
tropical notes, intense citrus notes and a subtle bit of grass. There is a beautiful balance and elegance between the acidity and fruitiness, leaving your taste buds longing for more.

100% Sauvignon Blanc
This wine comes from our newly acquired vineyard from the Four Mile Creek Appellation.
There are 5 different clones planted on the site which make for great fun when it comes to
fermenting and blending. We played around with barrel ferments and steel ferments, old and
new french barriques, as well as a large format french oak. Fruit was machine harvested but
triple berry sorted and destemmed. Skin contact was for 6 hours in our enclosed press. We
later used a special customized program designed specifically for aromatic whites (slow long
and not exceeding 1 bar), along with 5 months of barrel aging.
This is the first time we controlled the growing season, for this sauv blanc block. While many
lost fruit in 2022 , our wind machines along with spur pruning really saved this particular

This wine will be so much fun at the dinner table playing around with ceviches, and
fresh dishes inspired by your garden. I would love to see it paired with key lime
pie. But honestly… this one is sooooooo fun just on its own.

tomatoes and fresh basil, fish tacos, fennel salad, cold asparagus soup/ gazpacho or
