Ravine Sauvignon Blanc 2021

The fruit for this Sauvignon Blanc was picked from our Four Mile Creek site and 50% was fermented in french oak barrels for 5 months while the other 50% was done in stainless steel.

This wine starts off oily and round and then progresses into a lean, long finish. With a soft acid backbone, this wine has flavours of mandarin orange, grapefruit, pineapple, honey and passion fruit. 

Enjoy a glass of this wine with fresh garden or seafood pastas, grilled asparagus or roasted chicken.
