Both varietals used in this blend were sourced from both our estate winery and the Creek Shores appellation. This approachable red blend was aged in French oak barrels for 16 months. The Cabernet Sauvignon was chosen for this blend for it’s bold structure and deep fruit and colour while the Gamay Noir was added to provide a jammy red fruit component.

Tasting Notes
This red blend is full of red berry nuances on the nose while the palate is full of flavours of black cherry, strawberry preserve, vanilla and subtle coffee. This is an easy drinking, classic-style red wine where ripe fruit is carried through with approachable tannins and welcoming acidity.
