2021 Ravine Merlot
Our Ravine Merlot is estate grown and bottled. All of our Merlot berries are hand picked and sorted to ensure the best bunches are used in our blend. A portion of this wine was gently destemmed and fermentation occurred in both stainless steel tanks and French oak casks. Malolactic fermentation took place in barrel and the wine was aged in French oak for 16 months.

This red wine is a medium bodied red with lovely textures and flavours of strawberry, plum, cocoa and earthy tones. With persistent, firm tannins, this is a jammy wine with a vanilla spice taste on the finish.
