Winemaker's Note

This blend is very important to us, as we choose the best barrels from our 2012 vintages. The fruit comes from our very own organic farm. With our Reserve Red we start with a blank slate; each barrel in the cellar is at our disposal and we choose the very best from each varietal to create an exceptional blend. Enjoy now through 2021.

Tasting Note

Our 2012 Reserve Red has aromas of cocoa powder and blackberry. On the palate the tannins are firm and well integrated with a long chocolate finish.

Pair this wine perfectly with our Classic Coq au Vin with toasted quinoa and wild rice ‘salad’ and house-made bacon.
