Immediately your nose is filled with notes of beeswax, pineapple, sun dried apricots, and lemon candy. I love how the initial feel of this wine is silky and rich but it finishes clean with a refreshing acidity layered with dry, subtle herbal undertones (thyme and rosemary). The palate first detects flavours of acacia honey, marmalade, and dried apricots and with a tropical lemon meringue finish.
