Final Words

A primarily unoaked Chardonnay made to gain some of the barrel spice without an overly woody flavor profile. The result is an extremely lively, flavourful wine with great balance.

About Ravine Vineyard

A 34 acre Estate farm whose origins date back to 1867 as a tender fruit farm. Established as an Estate Winery in late 2008, Ravine is a Wine Council of Ontario recognized sustainable winery, focusing on ultra premium wines.
