Final Words
The 4th Redcoat vintage is the first of the 2010 reds to be released. This fabulous vintage allows for early drinkability and has some surprising integrated tannins. Redcoat is the perfect match for pizza, burgers on the BBQ, pasta with red sauce and firm cheeses.

About Ravine Vineyard
A 34 acre Estate farm whose origins date back to 1867 as a tender fruit farm. Established as an Estate Winery in late 2008, Ravine is a Wine Council of Ontario recognized sustainable winery, focusing on ultra premium wines.
