Final Words
This wine holds up to the press of the 2007 vintage with its fruit forwardness and luxurious body… and strong tannic structure! My advice is to decant before service if the bottle is to be enjoyed within the first 2 years of its release. If you have the patience however, I suggest “misplacing” it in your cellar for a few years. I guarantee that you will be rewarded.
