Final Words
This is Ravines first entry into the world of White Assemblage. Dry and very food friendly the wine shows off the aromatics of Gewurztraminer, the acidity of Sauvignon Blanc, and the weight/structure of Chardonnay. The flavours seem to change with every sip!
