Final Words
This Gewurzt is a much more Germanic offering than our previous vintage. It really is like drinking a tropical fruit salad. Great weight and high acidity (for a Gewurzt) make the wine very food friendly. This wine has been my go to pairing for any soft or semi-firm cheeses that we have used onsite. Make sure to take the wine out of the fridge for 15 minutes before serving to maximize the amount of fruit that you can taste
