Final Words
A gorgeous and much more ‘New World’ version of Sauvignon Blanc when compared to our 2007. A perfect wine to sip on in the summer. Our Asst. Winemaker, Shauna, swears it reminds her of a Pina Colada in wine format. The partial barrel fermentation adds to the complexity of the wine but leaves enough fruit to ensure that it is still balanced.
