Final Words

Our house blend of 100% estate fruit is meant to be a multipurpose wine. One that can be enjoyed while still young but still has plenty of structure to serve some time in the cellar. That has been Ravine’s mission from day one with our Meritage and I think this 2008 has really hit the nail on the head. Lots of fruit on the palate make it a pleasure to drink, but the tannic and acid structure are just asking for some time to turn the wine into a complex, dusty and even more enjoyable bottle.
