Notes from a Taster
- Eye: Pale straw
- Nose: Peaches, honeycomb, pear, cantaloupe, quince, herbal tea
- Palate: Matches the nose. A veritable fruit salad with earthy, herbal, and a slight petrol note added to the flavour profile
- Body: Medium
- Acidity: Balanced
- Alcohol Perception: Low
- Finish: Incredibly long with notes of ripe stone fruits and melon
- Drink: Now to 2017

Final Words
This is a very fun Riesling. Stylistically it falls somewhere between a premium Rhiengau Kabinett or Spatlese. The low alcohol really allows the botrytis induced flavour profile to shine…not to mention lowers the feeling of guilt over pouring yourself a second glass. Best served well chilled.
