Final Words
We created this blend with our Deli in mind. We tried to stress soft tannins and easy drinkability at a young age. This medium bodied red is a great wine to go with a wide range of the fresh paninis that are a staple of the delis menu and also pairs with a wide range of the firm cheeses available in the store. The name of the blend pays homage to the roots of the town of St. Davids that was a hot bed of activity during the War of 1812.
