Final Words
This is a very large, very intense powerhouse of a wine, and yet, it still retains the elegance that is found in our other reds. It’s really just starting to become approachable, but with a few years in the cellar, a few hours in the decanter, or paired with a few ounces of steak, the wine becomes all the more seductive. A great example of what Cab. Sauv. in the Niagara region is capable of.
