Final Words
This off-dry Riesling, the child of an unexpected (and second leaf!) harvest, is maturing into a serious wine. With the added complexity of a small portion of botrytis affected bunches and a low alcohol to let the terroir of Ravine shine… this is definitely a treat with many years of life ahead of it.
