January 1 through 31 - Warm up by the fireplace and enjoy Niagara’s newest culinary and wine experience at Ravine Vineyards. Sample a sensationally decadent Icewine truffle paired with our winemakers selection. Plus get an earful of vintage vinyl jazz played the old fashioned way... on a turntable! $5 per person.
Icewine Infused Food and Reserve Wine Pairing
January 9/10, 16/17, 23/24 and 30/31: 11am, 1 pm and 3 - Unlock the cellar and experience Ravine’s reserve wine portfolio (including some unreleased vintages!) and explore their synergistic flavours with Icewine prepared food delicacies! Winemaker’s Dinner and Jazz Pairing!
January 15: 7 pm - Really, we’re not kidding! Hosted by Ravine Winemaker Peter Gamble, Ravine’s Culinary team and music history instructor, archivist and 70’s rock star Fraser Loveman! This intimate and eclectic evening in the historic Woodruff House (circa 1802) will feature a five course. Icewine inspired menu, a unique portfolio of wines from Peter Gamble and each wine and food course specifically paired with vintage vinyl jazz personally selected from Fraser’s vast music library! $150 per person plus taxes and gratuity. 20 seats only!
